The Medici: Portraits and Politics, 1512-1570

As the final exhibition to be curated by Keith Christiansen, the John Pope Hennesy Chairman of the Department of European Paintings, this video is a testament to the collaboration between two museums, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Bargello. Keith Christiansen and his curatorial colleagues Davide Gasparotto and Linda Wolk-Simons offer us, through this fascinating conversation, a spectacular lens through which to view and experience this exciting exhibition.
